The Logistics Coordinator EMEA is responsible for Coordinate implementations of regional logistics strategies and daily operations for warehousing and will ensure inventory (in all phases of operational processes) is accurate and aligned between 3PL-WMS and Cepheid’s ERP system.

This position is part of the EMEA Logistics Team and will be located in Solna, Sweden in a hybrid role. At Cepheid, our vision is to be the leading provider of seamlessly connected diagnostic solutions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Daily management of 3PL, including leading VDM / QDIPS with 3PL team(s).
  • Main contact for different internal Cepheid customers and 3PL.
  • Responds to Customers Logistics service complaints and ensure complaint is closed within set time frame, including administrative tasks is relevant system(s).

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor degree with 3+ years of experience.
  • Experience in logistics and supply chain in a wide spectrum of freight frowarding, warehousing, distribution, Customs compliance, customer service and 3PL management.
  • SAP or similar ERP technical competency (logistic modules).

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Inventory management and planning.
  • Excellent skill level using Microsoft office tools.
